13. 14. Any times quoted for our completion or shipment are effective from the date of receipt by us of a written order to proceed, together with all information and particulars we require to continue with the manufacture without disruption or hold-up. All such times are to be treated as estimates just and we will not be liable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise agreed in writing.
21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller immediately. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep delivery of any further Goods to the Purchaser and might end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving agreements in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
